My order is always accurate and they are usually so quick! even though Ralph’s is a chain I feel like some stores are better than others. this location is one of my favorites

I ordered two quarts of ice, and only received one. I ordered a large doughnado - they put the ice cream in a small cup and then put the small cup in a large cup. I ordered a sundae, but there was no hot fudge on it. I've never had an order so messed up from a restaurant before.
