The food is really good as always. Love there new NEW! Peach-Berry Freckled Lemonade and the Cheesy Bacon Fondue Burger. You've gotta try.

I feel that food quality has gone way down hill. Burger was dry and bland, soggy old fries, didn't receive my coke :( the shake was tasty but it came in a small sized coffee cup that cost $6?? Truthfully had better burger meals from McDonald's. What happened Red Robin?

The bun is dry/ stale. The beef patty has no flavor. No tape over the drink hole, and no security tape on the meal carton.

the queso burger came with the dipping Cheesy Bacon Fondue so now it's just a bacon cheeseburger then the cheese for the Pretzel Bites was freezing cold and looks to still be defrosting was not a good meal at all wasted my money

Red Robin is always a split opinion for me. The burgers are always on point. Today the fries were pretty good, leaning toward overcooked. I asked for catsup but as usual, they did not include it. Hey RR in Lansing, you've got to do better than this. An order is the *entire* order, right down to the plastic ware. This is my only meal today and I was disappointed. Also - throw in some napkins, alright?
