Why is it so expensive. Its good pizza but not paying that much again

The pizza was good but wings were all fat, not at all rendered down or crispy. The Pretzel Bites had no salt on them and the cheese sauce melted the plastic containers. Breadsticks were doughy and under cooked. Spent over $70!!! Last time ordering from them.
