Matcha basque cake was soooo dry. Would not order again. Other than that, I got the mango coconut jelly and the peach oolong Mille crepe cake and they were both fire

Don't substitute items without explicit permission from customers. That's insane, never had a store do that before.
Substituted pastries aren't even remotely the same...
Just remove out of stock items from the order instead.
