Rolandos is one of our staples! The Lunch Quesadillas de Chivo and Pollo Lunch Pollo Bohemios are my very favorites. I love how unique the flavors are compared to the local tex -mex. And the black beans are not to be missed- I've been trying to recreate these at home for years.!

The Don Quixote Burrito tastes strongly of pickled onions and green peppers. So, unless you're a big fan of both, I'd recommend ordering something a little more conventional. The presentation is classy, and it'll fill you up real good.
