Ordered a small jerk chicken and plantains, both arrived hot and delicious. Chicken is literally fall off the bone and portion is huge, fantastic 🤤

the food is always incredible. whether you're getting a small or large, the portions are always huuuge. I've had both the Oxtail and curried Curry Goat, both of which were tender and the meat was falling off the bone. I think there should be an option for just plain white rice, but that's just a preference. their rice and peas are well cooked and flavourful. the cabbage is personally not for me, but the portion is never huge with a meal so I can just toss that aside. but goodness, I'm always excited to eat from here. very worth it !

I used to go to their location in Tampa so I've been a long time customer, the ox tails or the curry goat are my absolute go to. falls off the bone, large cunks of meat full of flavor and the gravy with the rice and cabbage tie in perfectly they also have nice portion size with convenient plating. When you order from rollins you can be sure your getting authentic food full of flavor and supporting a mom and pop business.

Red Snapper and Curry Chicken are consistently awesome. I love how their rice and peas are made, (not everywhere is the same) very similar to how my Dad makes his! Considering the location of this Caribbean spot, this place is truly a hidden gem and a blessing for those who crave but cant quite make the food all the time and live further away from areas like Tampa and South St. Pete where other caribbean places run rampant.

So, I have ordered from here 2 times maybe 3. If you have not tried them I suggest you do. Now....this is real home cooking ! I have tried so far...the Brown Stew Chicken ( Delicious) Curry Goat (Delicious) Jerk Chicken ( ohhh spicy but a very delicious spicy) Curry Chicken ( Very good & Delicious) & those veggies are very good also. I suggest you get a side of the sweet fried Plantains they compliment his meals with a perfection. My go to for Carribean cuisine that is very delicious.
