Unbelievably fresh tasting, full of flavor! I asked for a little extra ragu to keep the pasta from going too dry when I reheat my leftover portion tomorrow. They accommodated the request (gracefully!! Thank you so much) and the pasta is perfectly al-dente. I'll be ordering regularly bc -- wow! SO good. Delicious Chopped Antipasto Salad on the side as well. 10/10

If you're gluten free and once in a while genuinely miss the universal enjoyment of feasting on a pizza, whether hot out of the box or cold the next morning, Rubirosa GF Classic Pizza will bring you pure happiness. I went half classic and half pepperoni mushroom olives & basil.. excellent choice. Also the GF Mozzarella Sticks and GF Cacio e Pepe are total treats... thank you Rubirosa for expertly & lovingly crafting these things I have missed so dearly.

Best pizza you will ever eat in Manhattan. This pizza is so good it tastes like it was made in Brooklyn. The vodka sauce pizza and the regular one are both phenomenally delicious

For some reason, it took just as long for the staff to bring the pizza outside, as it did for them to make my pizza. By the time I got my pizza it was cold, so make sure you dine in instead of be prepared to heat it up again.
With that said, pizza was great! I had LG The TIE DYE Pizza and SM Classic Pizza. Not the best flavor in terms of sauce but the flour/breading/crust was very good.
My only suggestion for them is to improve the pickup experience, as that is highly lacking.

The Tie Die is good, the vodka pizza tasted like penne vodka pasta as you would expect, however I gave a 3/5 because the food came cold and took a while to get finished by the restaurant and get picked up by a delivery person. Good food, decent prices for the experience you know you're going in to get but for delivery I'd rather order from their sister restaurant Joe & Pat's NYC on 1st Ave and 10th Street.
