Wow, Tonkotsu Red broth and chasu was so flavorful. I loved the bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms in it. broth had a suttle nutty umami flavor that was addictive. I chose spice level 5 which is spicy, but I could probably do a 6 or 7 comfortably next time. Gyoza a was good as well. they're large and full of filing. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Very good spice level 4 is perfect not too spicy just enough for a kick. Broth very rich and good nice size and delicious.

I had never heard of this place but was looking for somewhere still open a little later on a Friday, and this turned out to be some of the best ramen I've had in the area. The Tonkotsu Red was delicious with a good bit of slow heat at level 5 and the Gyoza was somewhere between Chinese potsticker flavor filling and crispy deep fried Japanese dough

My husband liked the Chosun and I liked my Sakuramen. The items were still hot and the restaurant followed instructions re requested omissions. He had been complaining that the ramen he has had in the past was "tasteless" but not so with this one! Also appreciate the large portions and reasonable prices.

It arrived warm, nice portion for what you pay, the ramen toppings were amazing only thing is the broth while it was good it was a tad bit salty for me. Otherwise I would order from this place again but maybe try a different ramen.
