Fried chewy on outside. Soft on inside a consistency similar to bread stuffing with a shredded chicken and cheese filling. Very tasty and its a plentiful size (hand)

The chicken croquettes were huge and very tasty. Ground Beef & Cheese Empanada was bigger than my plate and the spices were delicious .
