Sarku is one of those hidden & unexpected gems in OKC! While it's not in its own brick & mortar location, the food here certainly would be at home in an upscale dining facility! you could order Sarku, unbox & re-plate it & tell your guests that it came from an exclusive restaurant, and they wouldn't blink an eye! It's always consistently good as well! The chicken & shrimp CHICKEN & SHRIMP TERIYAKI are absolutely wonderful & juicy, beef is tender, and the SHRIMP TEMPURA is DEE-licious! Their egg rolls are always moist inside & crispy outside, and the spring rolls (my favorite!) are so light & crispy on the outside and moist & flavorful on the inside! Veggies aren't to be ignored either! they're always cooked to that still-crisp, yet moist & flavorful consistency! Seriously - who would have thought that a place in the shopping mall food court would be an absolute must-try venue in OKC? you HAVE to try Sarku at least once if you're ever in the mall, or do like we do - order it & have it delivered once a week!

The CHICKEN TERIYAKI and CHICKEN & SHRIMP TERIYAKI are both absolutely delicious. Every time I order from here the food is always hot and there is so much of it. It's a great value!

I liked the SHRIMP TEMPURA a lot. Very buttery texture and tasty!
The DUMPLINGS (6pcs) had an unfortunately very dry exterior. Soy sauce gave it most of the flavor.
The BEEF TERIYAKI was alright, but didn't have much flavor and very little actual beef compared to rice.

I've ordered from and visited this location man times in the past 3 years. This is the first time I've ordered since summer '23 and many things have changed for the worse. My shrimp (which I paid more for extra) is not cooked the way it used to be. It doesn't even look, chew or taste like it's been cooked on the grill. Its just blank looking and tasting. The entree also no longer comes with chili pepper sauce and the sauce it comes with is more watery. The chicken was mainly blank-ish with a few pieces that looked like they stayed on the grill a long time and are harder to chew. The entree also no longer comes with soy sauce.
The egg rolls used to come with plum sauce. Now it comes with a very runny sweet & sour sauce. My egg roll was also flat when they used to be nice & round.
Overall, I was disappointment in the change in food quality. I won't order from them again.
