Super frustrating when directions aren't followed. Ordered 3 desserts requeting contact if anything is unavailable. Received 2 desserts & a refund. No contact & now I have a disappointed kid who's wondering why no dessert. Desserts received were good though.

i got coffee salted caramel instead of banana salted caramel and the éclair was extremely dry
