My father had a rib joint when I was growing up so I know what a good rib is. Secret Sauce BBQ makes GREAT RIBS. Last night's Half Rack was perfect. Just the right amount of burnt yet tender enough to cut with a plastic spoon. I'll probably order the same for tonight!!!
