Picture shows it has tapioca pearls but it arrived as just a milk tea. Charged me $5 for a cup of tea. Maybe this is my mistake. Also was confused because options showed *extra tapioca pearls* which made me think they were already in there

The menu didn't seem especially clear to me. The tea I got was great, but I selected to add "coffee jellies" to mine, which I assumed was their name for boba since I couldn't find coffee boba or bubbles anywhere, but the jellies were these kind of gross chunks of coffee-flavored gelatin. I think there could be some clarity on what each add-in actually is.

I think this is my fault and I ordered the wrong thing honestly as a newbie to Boba.Their service was great and my product was still ice cold, I just didnt like the flavor very much.
