This place has the BEST veggie burgers ever!!! Being a vegetarian has been a challenge for me but not anymore. These are so much better than beef burgers. And I love their shakes which are made from custard ice cream giving them a much richer flavor.

Burger is like childs size. Thai Iced Tea Shakewas delicious but didnt carry the sub standard ShackBurger.

I gave it THREE chances. Every time, theres a floppy singular piece of lettuce on the burger. A tiny smear of sauce on the bun, covers not even half of it. I pay extra for crunchy onion on top to receive 4 crumbs. Fries are bland. Asked for ranch, not given. I dont get how this place will survive it's worse than Mcdonalds quality. If the employees took note from in n out quality when preparing the food it would bring it up 2 stars... but I wont be trying again to find out.

Always delicious, smoke shack with the peppers is my fave. Cheese fries are also the way to go

We did not receive te bacon cheese fries. The driver said bag is sealed so he had no way to know The burgers were "ok" skinny piece of lettuce 1 slice min tomato. Certainly not generous
