Every time I eat this its a reminder there are levels to food. This place is different. Every bite is unbelievable. Get a soup dumbling, brisket scallion pancakes, and a meat. Thick but absurd meal.

For those who are wondering, the "House Special Meat Sauce Over Rice 卤肉饭 " is a tender braised, fatty pork belly, cut into small cubes/strips, served with rice, steamed cabbage, and pickled veggies.
The pork is very fatty, but pairs great with the pickled veggies!
