Usually the kolaches from here are great. Today I think we got yesterday's kolaches. Bread was super hard. Ended up throwing half away. 😒

The food quality at this store is extremely inconsistent. Half the time I receive items that I didnt order order they are not cooked correctly or like today. I ordered two sausage and cheese kolache, I received two sausage kolache that were at least a day old, inedible and smelly. Door dash refused my ask for a refund on these items as well, which is a whole other thing. Please be careful what you eat from this store.

I ordered the create your own dozen and overall I give 5 stars. Just wanted to mention that since iordered very earkyin the day I was expecting very fresh donuts. The cake donuts - some seemed more like day old. Still love Shipley's.
