The blaze ramen with mild broth is the perfect amount of spice. The tuna crispy rice is the best I've ever had and I crave it daily. Only critique is I wish the ramen had a little more pork but this place is truly a gem!

Silverlake Ramen has become our go-to spot for ramen in Tempe, and honestly, we can’t get enough of it. The flavors remind us so much of the ramen we had during our trip to Japan—it’s like a little taste of those memories in every bowl. The portion sizes are just right, and even when we order takeout, it still tastes just as good as it does in the restaurant. They really know how to package everything perfectly!
If there’s one thing to nitpick, it’s the parking—it can be a bit of a hassle. But honestly, the food is so good that we’re more than happy to deal with it. Silverlake Ramen has truly become a family favorite!

Best ramen around, and their side dishes are fantastic too! Recommend the Blaze with pork if you like spicy food. The Pork Bun is always perfectly made. Can see why these guys have multiple locations.
