Petty probably, love this place and prices. They sent broccoli instead of asparagus. There should be some kind of notice that they are out of asparagus even though they are in season. When we ordered ribs and they were out of our order would not go through.

the Tri-Tip And Ribs* were sooooo good! the meat was juicy and practically slid off the bone! the fries were fire n the mashed potatoes were seasoned to perfection. 10/10

Prime Rib was really good, Ordered Medium Rare but more on the Rare side. Baked Potato for the side and did not disappoint. Unsweetened Tea was very smooth. Fresh Guacamole, Salsa and Tortilla Chips were very good as well.

first lose the pepper. second learn how to carve a rib roast. unless, of course, it's pre-sliced. authentic rib roast is not browned as is a steak. this was try #3 looking for some resemblance to prime rib as this was beef choice for rehearsal. scampi, the seafood choice, was nixed yesterday by this same store. culinary school, there is still one in the area, would be a sound investment. it takes real nerve to actually charge money for it.
