Couscous Mac & Cheese Balls* fantastic Tri-Tip And Ribs* Tri-Tip And Ribs* The Ribs were mangled and cut crazy like! The Tri tip was cooked perfectly and super tasty.

Food wasn't packed well to keep warm, steak was bland, mashed potatoes were soaked with red steak juice, and my salad was left out of the order.

I didn't get what I ordered- med rare prime rib with french fries and asparagus. Instead, I got medium prime rib with a baked potato and mashed potatoes. There was no horse or au jus. The prime rib was under seasoned and dry. My husband's sirloin didn't come with the bbq sauce and was also over cooked and under seasoned. Also, he ordered a baked potato with butter only. He got an overcooked potato and a single container with butter, sour cream, and chives. He couldn't even just use the butter, as it was all mixed. If you're going to offer a limited menu, it all has to be well-executed. And when all you do is delivery, you need to have better processes in place to make sure that eve gets delivered. I really wanted to love this place, and I might've if they'd gotten our order right. As it is, I wont be ordering from them again.

My goodness!! the manager needsyo retrain everybody in this stire !! the rib was reheated and dry and flavorless. The side baked potato was underdone and hard. We didn't get the 2nd baked potato. And the asparagus was then and way overcooked snd so salty. Yuck
