The "standard" BBQ items and sides are as good as anywhere else in DC, but the Turkey, Hushpuppies, and smashburgers set this place apart. The carolina sauce is semi-aurhentic but 100% awesome with the Turkey.

ok first of all $75 and my drink was missing,the greens was not seasoned the beans were good,the,turkey,was,good,the mac is like the golden corral mac if u like that ,the sandwich was decent The Wings taste Old rubbery the sauce was like water!! the bbq sauce was good tho!! no plastic wear or napkins!!!

Barbecue is the best in the region! Recommend the creamy yet crunchy slaw. Tater tots were creamy with perfectly crisp exterior and nice flavor. Very flavorful banana pudding but portion too small for price.

Fantastic! Best ever turkey was right on the money! Highly recommend it with the Georgia Gold sauce. My husband enjoyed the chicken pulled pork sandwich, too. Sides of cornbread (with honey butter), collard greens and baked beans- zesty fit the bill, as well. Can't wait to order again (gotta have that turkey again!).

Tater tots were missing the BBQ seasoning this time. I do NOT recommend their pork rinds. I like mine very crisp, but these were hard as a rock. Could not bite. Had to break into small pieces to chew. Had little seasoning. Needed salt. Pork sandwich excellent as usual. Good pimento cheese---well-blended, no overwhelming mayo taste. Banana pudding good.
