Half of my order was missing. I tried calling the restaurant for assistance, but no one answered the phone. Very difficult to get proper accommodation.

4.50 for Golden Fries would be fine if they actually filled the bag. We got a half full bag for almost 5 dollars. Do better

Signature Double Cheeseburger did not taste as good as Wicker Park location. Golden Fries were cold and had no salt. Garlic aioli was in a tiny cup filled up a quarter of the way and lasted for seven fries. Disappointing!
