Love their thin cut crispy fries & the burgers cooked all the way

Not the worst but for the price I expected better. Fries arrived cold, hard, and gummy; they'd clearly been sitting for a while. The patty on the burger was dry. This is, in a nutshell, an overpriced Wendy's. They have more available sandwich options but that's about it. Again, it's not terrible but for the price they offer you're just as well to one of the big 3 and spend less. If you are in the mood to spend more find a nice, local place.

really poor quality, especially for how expensive it is. the burger meat tasted really off (like old rancid oil) to the point where I couldn't eat it. the smash tots carton was barely half full. really disappointed.

The burger & chicken sandwich tasted great! in my opinion the SMASH TOTS® were better then the SMASHFRIES®, but that is just an opinion, my husband loved the fries, & I always love me some tots! my problem is we didn't get any dip it for GARLIC ROSEMARY WINGS, or SCORCHIN' HOT WINGS. I was required to select a dip but didn't receive one. Which is upsetting because it cost a lot to get something different...like $2.00 or more. so my "free" item was already built into to my cost I'm sure....hahaha so I didn't get what I should have, that they charge $2.00 for will I get $ back? Definitely not! Honestly, even though the chicken BACON SMASH® CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH was good, I could have gotten a better chicken sandwich from Wendy's for ½ the price

3rd time in a row the food was trash. burnt overdone burger. and basically raw in the middle chicken.
