One thing they could improve is providing the option to customize each Snuffer's Classic Burger individually when placing the order with the BOGO deal, the way it is now your customized options apply to both burgers. They were still very delicious 😋 and the Cheddar Fries - Half were amazing!!

all meat on sliders were severely burnt, thin and dried out and the tiny slider bun was still larger than the meat patty. zero condiments for sliders, no sauce, pickles, lettuce, ketchup mustard mayo - nothing!! Ranch dressing for the chedsa4 fries was very thick and did not taste anything like the Plano or addison Snuffer location.
Sadly, will not order from here again

Sweet potato fries were undercooked, chicken strips were over cooked, no ranch was included for chicken strips and the Fountain Drink had no kind of anti tampering tape or anything. Definitely not the snuffers I'm used to!!

I placed an order for the 3 Mix & Match Sliders w/ Fries. My chosen sliders were mushroom swiss, bacon cheddar , classic w/ cheddar and Sharable Potato Fries . Danny my dasher dropped off my order the food was still a bit warm. This food should last a few days . Whenever a high % of rain 🌧 is expected I order food a day in advance. I was surprised 😮 to see poppy seeded buns for the sliders. I would have preferred plain buns. If I don't care 🤷🏽♀️ for the top bun I can eat sliders without.

I ordered two expensive desserts (cheesecake with strawberries and Fried apple pie. Here's the description for the Fried Apple pie: Fried Apple Pie
$7.50
Two fried apple hand-pies served with vanilla ice cream and topped with TX Whiskey vanilla sauce.
What I got was 2 fried apple pies that looked like something from Whataburger (or any other fast food place with a deep fryer) and no vanilla ice cream or TX Whiskey vanilla sauce.
I can get the same thing from any fast food place for about 1/4 of the price. NO GOOD.
