I normally love my food from here. But I normally go pick it up. I tried something new oxtail rice (it was just yellow rice with a little oxtail gravy on top) not even enough to coat the rice. Broccoli casserole was not good this time barely any broccoli more shredded chicken I dont even recall the broccoli casserole having chicken before. Fried 6 Chicken Drummettes Always good fresh and season well. Yams were excellent as usual Mac and cheese was good. They didnt give me my cornbread I got a roll instead it didn't look to good so I passed. I will def. go to pick up next time. I just wanted to give a review to help others choose correctly. Im def sticking to my yams, fried chicken, fried fish, mac, string beans, cabbage and cornbread! They never failed me. Enjoy your lunch :)

I wish my chicken was actually smothered instead of having a spoonful of gravy sprinkled across the top. I paid an extra dollar for a spoonful of gravy on plain fried chicken. Ugh.

This is the best oxtails you can get in Jacksonville. I have tried all the others, and this is miles above the rest, and the cost reflects this.

Worse meal experience I ever had from them and was very disappointed. The meatloaf was hard as a rock and dried out. Not sure if it was overcooked or just left out too long. I thought I would have gotten some gravy with it but nope there wasnt any.

I had the Veggie Plate, my oxtail rice was good. But the mac and cheese was over cooked and burnt, and my greens was salty. Corn was ok
