Used to be good. But look at what I received today. both buns were drenched in sauce and ended up soggy and gross. It was really disappointing.

This is a good bakery, BUT I am rating them only medium because they frequently replace the items that I order with items that I do not want. Today I received two almond croissants when I ordered two plain croissants. I wanted savory items so that I could use them as part of my lunch. And they substituted carrot cake when I ordered a snail. The bakery never consults me or gets my OK before they make these substitutions. This has happened on three occasions now.
The food is good, but the customer service attitude could be improved. I think it's reasonable to expect to get the items that I pay for- not substitutes .

Inedible vanilla slice, pie was small and very average. Dont order the vanilla slice
