I order from here a lot and my food is always fresh and accurate. I tried the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha and the Iced Cherry Chai Latte today and they were both delicious!! The staff here is amazing as well! <3

We ordered this with Hazelnut (to create a hazelnut latte), and there was no syrup in it. The taste was bland and lacking. Given that we paid extra for the syrup, I was very disappointed. There was no cinnamon either. Other locations take more care in reviewing the details of an order.
