I ordered the Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino® Blended Crème with 2 scoops of Raspberry Pearls; which, requires a bigger straw than the normal one they use so that the Pearls can get through the straw. Otherwise, having the Pearls in the drink is a waste of time and money and yet they have only sent the larger straw maybe twice. I don't know how to get the need for the larger straw across to them since there is nowhere to include comments in your order. This I would think seems rather obvious to the average person but not here I guess. With that said the Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino® Blended Crème is sooo good as is their Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin !!

My God someone skipped on the syrup and added some extra shots it feels like. I've had this drink before but this time around it was like extra strong on the expresso. Don't get me wrong Love that. or they just didn't add enough oat milk.

I am an avid Starbucks lover! I don't usually like to make complaints.. the only thing I feel is that the baristas at this location don't seem to read the orders. It feels like they give you what they feel like giving you which is not very cool considering customized orders can get pricey. I've ordered many times on DoorDash & on their app... I would say that I've only received a correct order twice. I am huge on training correctly & feel like this location can definitely fix the issue whatever it may be. It will not stop me from ordering, but it is disappointing in the moment.

The caramel ribbon crunch wasn't blended enough. It had huge ice cubes and I had to pour it into a different cup.
