This store is horrible. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch that comes with the cup lined. I paid for 6 extra pumps of caramel then called to make sure they included it since I paid extra . They assured they would make it correctly. I received it with absolutely NO caramel. So frustrating when you pay extra for something. The name of the dang drink is caramel ribbon crunch and it had none. Feels like it was done out of spite because the employee on the phone had an attitude.

I ordered the Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai and when I received it, there was about an inch of space at the top. It was clearly not filled as much as it normally is. It looked like someone had drank out of it. It was sealed so that's not the case which is why im rating so low. It's very expensive to order through this app so the least the store could do is make sure the product is prepared as best as possible and actually fill the cup all the way.
