I order from here almost daily—coffee, oatmeal, and banana bread are my go-to as a solo mom. It’s my little moment of peace. But it’s frustrating that the oatmeal toppings, especially brown sugar, are constantly missing. I’ve tried to add all toppings, but the app doesn’t allow it, and when I ask in notes, the staff is often rude. Even more fristrating when my sweet cream coffee arrives with no cream at all. It’s disappointing to feel brushed off for something so simple and fixable.
