the drink is delicious, the Madeline's are just good, not amazing like I would go out of my way for. pink drink 5/5 but the lid was very loose for an XL drink so I accidentally spilled a bit Madeline's 4/5 it was nice but I wish it was a little bit more buttery

This has happened to me twice this morning. This is not the Dragon Drink®. This is disgusting. And I have paid for it twice now. I ordered this from the menu with no changes or adjustments so I have no idea where the edits on the printed labels are coming from, but this is gross.

Lately my coworkers and I have been ordering and they been definitely messing up small things thatll just make the drink taste better. No whip cream no crumble cookies no caramel. I paid an extra anou for things that havent been on.

They got my coffee wrong. Coffee cup was not filled all the way imean it was not even half way. They did not put the coldfoam I paid 2$ extra for. If they didnt have it they could have called me. When you need your mornig coffee to be perfect because you ran late and couldnt stop before work. Ruins the whoe day. Now I have to order again somewhere else. I need my coffee. And I ordered the largest they had.
