The 3 PC Chicken Fingers Combo chicken fingers were tiny clumps of breading, very chewy and hard to eat.
The strawberry syrup for the Strawberry milkshakes tastes really weird.
The new Beef Tallow Fries™ are weird and have a strange texture. I don't think I will be getting fries from Steak n Shake anymore.
The Chili was fine.

Shortstaffed and overworked. My first order was given to the wrong dasher. They don't have options to REMOVE most toppings from burgers, only to ADD them, but I didn't add anything to my nephew's Single Steakburger with Cheese Combo and it came covered in onions, pickles, and ketchup, which made it inedible for the kid. My Triple Steakburger (3x cheese) was crusty and tasted burned, but had the right toppings, so I don't know what they were thinking with the single. Manager should hire more people.

Fries had no seasoning at all, ordered a coke and Dr Pepper, instead we got sweet tea, more like sugar water. The grilled cheese wasn't fully wrapped

sandwiches were good and drinks are very big! but i was missing my fries and the medium onion ring i ordered only had 5 onion rings in it. i feel ripped off after eating here
