Country fried steak was amazing as always but both my mac and cheese and lima beans were horrible. Steffens is one of my favorite restaurants and my order never changes and this was the first time I was so disgusted I could not eat it.

This after I ordered the 12 shrimp with onion rings. Asked for hard fry on shrimp. The breading fell of shrimp. Onion rings were just mush, like maybe in fry 1 minute. Asked for hushpuppies and got biscuits. Been eating here for over 38 years and it was the worst I ever gotten

Amazing place to get some good home cooked food! Breakfast was hot and fresh, the Western Omelette was loaded with all the goodies. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed no matter what you order!
