I didn't want my sandwich toasted, but they still usually heat up the meat separate, not only was there only about 2 small slivers of chicken and about a pound of lettuce, it was ice cold. Philly steak, TOASTED, was also ice cold like they took it out the fridge slapped it on some bread and tossed it on the counter.

Last time I ordered, sandwich came not toasted with no veggies as i selected! The store made it right with coupons, so I gave them another try. Perfect !

Didn't add any veggies or any sauce. Not impressed. Need to find out how to refund, even called store they said they couldn't. Offered for them to come return it and bring me the right one, can't do that either. Will not be DoorDash if subway again, but will be in store, they always hit the spot

The food was good. Delivery quick. Only issue was they forgot my daughter's bottle of Gold Peak® Sweet Tea (170 Cals) and my son's bottle of Gatorade® Fruit Punch (140 Cals) Not to mention I ordered a 6 Pack Cookie Box (0 Cals) of raspberry cheesecake cookies. I received 3, and the other 3 were their double chocolate chip cookies. Not once did they call and say hey, I know you ordered these cookies, but we only have 3 of them. Would you like to substitute a different kind? When I called they told me if I wanted to come in, they'd give me a Gold Peak® Sweet Tea (170 Cals) and Gatorade® Fruit Punch (140 Cals) free of charge since I had paid for them. I should hope they'd be free since I already paid once.
