I have ordered from here twice, and both times, they were out of one of the items I ordered. I understand running out of things, but it would be nice if they offered an option to add a substitute if they didn't have an item or if they made things unavailable through the app when they were sold out, especially when the ordered is placed 30 minutes after they open for the day....

She gave me a subst which Ithought was great with a hand written note it was lovely. The brownies and cupcakes are mouth watering. The cookies were dry and hard but had good flavor.
