First time out with Kazoku, and it was very good. I liked it all but particularly the Scallop and Bluefin Tuna sashimi. Missing were a good selection for walu/escolar and one of my basic needs in any sushi bar, a good clean (no hot sauce) salmon skin roll!
Everything I did get was high-quality and made with care - the nigiri is a little strange because it comes on such a small bite of rice, but otherwise fine - so I will be back and I do recommend trying these guys out.

The chirashi bowl was very high quality but not enough rice. Hot and cold rolls were packed together and covered in wasabi. Hard to feed to a child. Dipping sauce for tempura was not great. Only one soy sauce. No chop sticks.

Sushi and salmon teriyaki were ok, but the place is way overpriced for the quantity of food you are getting. We got an extra miso soup bowl without ordering it, which was a nice addition. We got a salmon teriyaki plate, which was a little bit of salmon with some salad for 24$. Our total order for 2 people was 110$
(including dasher tip) and we barely ate enough.

food is not even worth the money you pay, taste is not even close to the amount you pay, if you dont trust me go try it for yourself, Beef Short Ribs is salty and $20 for 4 piece of thin Hamachi Sashimi which aint even taste good is a scam. my honest opinion this it not worth your money and my first and last order.

The Alaska Roll and the Sunomono were excellent. The Sunomono was not sliced in the middle before, either way it's really good. Sadly the Sake Kama was terrible, burnt and extremely dry. The Ponzu sauce was good. I ate 1/4 of the dish with the sauce and if it was not that dry and burnt it may be very good.
