Chilli paneer was chewy n not properly cooked. The order was so late even tho it was scheduled a day ahead. Samosas barely had any filling, it was mostly crust. Dasher waited for a long time at the re to pick up the food...it ws so delayed.

Vijayawada SPL Chicken Biryani (Boneless) was super spicy even though I selected mild. When I called, they said it is a pre-mix and cannot be modified. If thats the case then whats the point of putting the options mild/medium/spicy for customers? Aloo Samosa (1 Pc) came without any kind of sauces or chutney. Quality and taking the customers' notes seriously both are going down. Mirchi Bajji (4 Pcs) and INDIAN THALI were amazing.
