Sweet Alchemy is a WSDA-certified creamery that specializes in small-batch, organic, and locally produced ice cream. This dedication extends beyond our ice cream foundation; our sauces, toppings, flav…
I've tried almost all of the flavors here, and I can say sweet alchemy is by far the best ice cream place in town.
Some highlights:
With the waffle brittle (all their "chunky" cookie flavors too) they seem to have mastered how to keep the cookie/caramel soft enough to be enjoyed in the same bites with the ice cream. Nothing is lost in translation it's completely outstanding.
The texture/flavor is complementary. You may have had some okay experiences with ice cream not having quite enough flavor/very fluffy texture. Sweet Alchemy keeps the texture lighter, but I think manages to thread the needle between the two very well. The blueberry lavender is exceptional, strong appreciation for keeping the dessert lavender in the mixture.
I have not sampled the vegan ice cream(yet), but I assume it's also as considered, and high quality as everything else offered here. I have never had a flavor from here I didn't like, and I can't say that about anywhere else.
Try out this spot if you like really high quality, delicious ice cream. It's not a "sweet bread" kind of place, you really can't go wrong.
Last note, the packaging is just 110%, each pint is hand packed. To give you a sense of how special this place is, they were missing some of the blueberry lavender, and so filled the tiny remainder with vanilla, then included a cookie with a long hand written note explaining the entire rationale.
I absolutely love places like Molly moons and salt and straw, in particular the black sesame fudge (Molly) was delicious but neither of those fabulous places meet the exceptional level of quality Sweet Alchemy does. 5 stars.

Wow! Yes, it's pricier than youd expect out of a pint of ice cream, albeit, the locally sourced Sweet Cream base used for plethora of the flavors really sets the stage for yummy normal and "exotic" flavors. Arrives in a glass jar. You can taste and tell they take pride in their business. Celiac here; so far soooo good (Thai Iced Sweet Cream, Banana Nutella Crunch Pint). Tried what they offer as allergy free for me and cant get enough. Id love to see some sorbets! Thanks for creating great creamer sensations!

Persian Rose had pistachios in it, not as a base or flavoring, rose was subtle, sweet cream base. Texture was great.
