Some of the best brisket I have ever had. I'm glad I didn't get just the fatty or just the lean...chopped was the happy medium for me. The baked beans were awesome, and jalapenos remind me of my wife's pickled home-grown jalapenos (these don't taste like they came out of a jar). The only complaints I have are minimal sauce included for the amount of meat (maybe I should have ordered extra?) and the mac and cheese was too much bechamel and not enough cheese. Other than that, I am completely in love with Sweet Auburn's food!!!!

Ordered sides and 1lb of two different meats.
Bucket of cornbread was in open dish with green beans with are smothered in onions- not like what is pictured at all. Corn muffins are soaked in grease, cut in half and fried and are spicy. Will not be ordered again
Chicken is pulled and covered in black pepper
Everything tastes like the onions in the container. There's more onions than green beans

The bulgogi salad was wonderful. All the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The dressing had the right amount of heat and great peanut flavor. The half pound of pulled pork was tender, flavorful and not fatty, just moist...even with a bit of outside meat crust. Cue and Korean, what's not to like?

The lean brisket is the best I've had in Atlanta. Its so moist ( not greasy) that you don't need sauce. The Corn Muffins are moist and tasty. The Mac n cheese was flavorful but IMO could have used a little more baking time however it was completely cooked. Next time we plan to try the slaw and Brussels and would love to see some reviews on those. The meal was thoughtfully put together and appetizing to the eye.

I ordered the ***King of Memphis Melt and the Memphis ***Memphis Baby Back Plate . My daughter ate the Memphis Melt so fast I didn't have a chance to get a picture. The ribs were so tender falling off the bone and those spicy collards were perfectly seasoned.
