The Pork Belly was incredibly flavorful and delicious. I highly recommend combining it with the purple rice. I wasn't a fan of the 3 unflavored leafy greens placed on top. Wish they had been seasoned like the rest of the dish. The meal is very filling though but also feels light.

The Vegan Lo Mein was absolutely incredible! I added Tofu, and it was the best Tofu I've ever had, tbh... thinly sliced, delicious, great texture. The mushrooms and bok choy were delicious, everything was seasoned perfectly. I want to order it again tomorrow. Btw, I'm a proud meat lover. Absolutely delicious dish.
