Im obsessedddddd with their Snickerdoodle Cookie, Brownie Cookie, and their milkshakes/swirls in house. One of my favorite dessert places ever.

Cupcakes tasted fresh , frosting was rich. Could've gone without the cookie, but it could also be someone elses cup of tea. Otherwise, very yummy

The Rainbow Frosted Cookie is the star of the menu and makes Swirl the best place to get a cookie in Charlotte. The Chocolate Chunk Cookie is a classic, great for sharing.

I used to love swirl but today's order was terrible. The cupcakes were stale, and didn't taste good. The icing was a mess and looked thrown together. I took one bite and threw them away. I'll no longer be ordering from this store.

I used to love swirl, but WOW- this order was a flop. The only somewhat decent cupcake we tried was the "oreo" one... it tasted freshly made (compared to other flavors we selected) but the cake tasted EXACTLY like it was made from a grocery store box mix. The icing didn't taste like Oreo. The chocolate cupcake was extremely dry and tasted like an old cupcake that was sitting in the case for too long. Yuck. The vanilla was....mediocre. Something wasn't quite right. The red velvet was disappointing. Oh, and our Oatmeal Raisin Cookie was not in the box. So I can't say how that tasted because we didn't get to taste it. I would not recommend and won't be ordering from them again, even though they gave us two coupons for a B1G1F in the box that was delivered. Not worth it.
