• DoorDash orderThe pick up time was not accurate making the DoorDasher have to wait almost 30 mins. I called and spoke to someone about the wait and I could hear in the background the crew complaining about how this order had 25 items and saying they'd get to it when they get to it. When I got the food they shoved all "25" items in ONE bag. Everything was flattened. The Crunchwrap had absolutely no crunch to it and was super soggy. They are just 5 mins down the road. I called to say I was missing the 4 hard tacos and the lady was rude asking if I was the one with over 25 items. I told her to take my name and I'd come collect them another day and hung up. Then I discovered I was also missing the 2 nachos and cheese but no one picked up the phone the second time. Figures that what I was missing was for the kids who weren't going to like any of the other things. I wasted $72 on this nasty food, not at all happy. The lady who delivered the food was understanding even after she had to go back because they forgot to give her my drink.

• DoorDash orderThe chicken bowl had literally a 1/4 of the bowl completely empty, like see the bottom and the sides empty. The chicken was cold. Just overall not the best.
