My chalupas were fantastic. Always love a chalupa, the greatest of all Taco Bell's delicacies.
Asked for no tomato on my sons tacos and they actually paid attention and put no tomato! Thanks TB for getting it right!

CT Chicken Bowl was in a Mexican pizza box with rice so dry it felt like it hadnt been cooked. There was no cantina chicken, only regular chicken that was dry and hard. The Chicken Flatbread Melt was cold and the chicken was sparse. The Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito was the saving grace here. It was hot and fresh. So disappointed and will not waste my money here again.

normally I enjoy my food from here however tonight's order was horrible I ordered doritos locos taco supreme combo all tacos were poorly made hardly anything in them and no tomatoes. Taco shells tasted stale and they forgot the sauce packets. Very disappointed! Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because as I said I normally am happy with the food

I absolutely love the Quesadilla BUT half the time when I get it, it's balled up in the bag and so over stuffed that it falls apart making it hard to eat. I understand that I put a lot of add-ons to it, but it should be smaller portions because I ask for so many add-ons. As far as service it could be better, everyone is very friendly but the front doors are locked in the middle of the day and when I go through drive-thru it takes longer than it really should. They always forget to add napkins or utensils that would be needed.

The Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito were supposed to have subbed black beans but they did not. The Black Beans & Rice were flavorless and watery. 2 Cinnabon Delights were immaculate as always. Food was hot, just not as ordered or didnt taste very good.
