The crawfish contained within the boiled bag were exceptionally diminutive. It is possible to purchase crawfish from Walmart at a more economical cost, and they are larger with a higher meat content.
I acknowledge that this may not be Louisiana, but I had assumed that your supplier would have provided a more satisfactory product.

• DoorDash orderGot the softshell crab basket with the crab meat fries. It's delicious! I do wish you could get some hot sauce on the side or something, as I like to have a little spicy zing to stuff like this, but it was truly delicious especially the softshell crab. I think next time I'll try the crab balls rather than the fries if I want extra crab. It was a bit heavy for me having so much, but delicious. Not sure if what is on the fries is actual crab meat. It's not as soft and flaky as crab, so suspect it's imitation.

• DoorDash orderWe were so happy to see Tangy Crab back on Door Dash because our first visit was excellent.
Today the 12 piece shrimp basket had 8 shrimp in it. The lobster bisque was mediocre at best, and the crab roll was drowned in sauce. Not planning another order after that!
