Spicy chile verde
Carnitas was fried and not just braised.
Glad to see tongue and tripe on long list of proteins.
Better than most beans and rice.

¡Delicioso! Everything was seasoned perfectly and tasted fresh! I was afraid that the Taco - Carnitas (Fried Pork) looked a little dry and sad, but thanks to the salsas included: it was tasty! The Enchi-Chimi is a hearty combo with generous portions.

Quesa Birria and their burritos are always good! Good portions for a good deal. However all their prices just went up 20-30%. With that said still a good value deal for the taste and amount of food. I also recommend trying their tacos which are my fave. A must try!

Other places use shredded chicken in their burritos and it's always so dry. This places uses ground chicken and it is soooooo moist and flavorful. Also, I wasn't a fan of guacamole until I tried what they make at Taqueria El Rinconsito. NOW I want EXTRA guacamole with my orders.

Got the Burrito Plate with no beans or cilantro and paid for extra additional guacamole and sour cream. Thankfully and most importantly, they did no beans but I think I got extra cilantro instead of no cilantro. (Not a huge deal...I can pick it out) but sadly they forgot my extra side of guacamole and sour cream. (DoorDash has already comped me for that...yay, DoorDash!!). Burrito was less than warm but still delicious, as always. Honestly surprised they didn't follow my requests 100% because this place has NEVER let me down in that respect before.
Still HIGHLY recommend especially if you hate "dry, shredded chicken" in your burrito. This is still the ONLY place I've found that uses super moist, ground chicken and it makes all the difference in the world.
