tom yum noodle soup is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from before. the ground pork was so soft and raw, with a really strong artificial flavor. they used chicharron instead of the sheets of pork skin. barely any vegetables and the broth was sugary and thick-- nothing like it used to be! what happened ??
