I've been coming here for years and it was the saddest thing when they closed briefly because this is truly the best tea I've had!!! Their milk tea is refreshing but creamy and has the strongest tea flavor I've gotten anywhere. If you're someone who hates watery weak tea, this is the place you have to come. Their black milk tea is the best drink ever! I also love everything else I've tried including the rose milk tea (so light and cooling), the mango green tea and the taro tea. I hope they are open forever and expand to more places because I cannot imagine such good tea anywhere else!!!

Thai Milk Tea(Cold) was delicious! Just wish it came with a straw because I ordered it with bubbles and cant get any bubbles with the lid on, have to use a spoon lol.

25% sugar is extremely sweet.. it's more like 125% sugar.. there must have been an error. Undrinkable if you are trying to limit refined sugars
