I adored my hot Alpine Oolong Tea w/ brown sugar boba. A perfect brew, bold flavor without a hint of bitterness. I think I will like it better at 25% sugar though. The 50% was a little heavy. (Slightly sweeter than I expected, but well within range of other local boba shops.)
