These 20 tenders have always been fantastic with every order. I've never had a bad order.

This store often forgets to put fries in the order. I never have a problem like this when ordering from somewhere else. Lastly, their tender shack sauce seems to have had an ingredient change because it tastes more like a tarter sauce than what it was before.

I order the tenders meal relatively regularly, makes a good lunch the next day, etc. But, the last three times I've ordered here, they've been rubbery and overcooked. So bad, in fact, that last time I requested a refund because they were so bad (rock hard, tasted old).
Not sure if they've gone to a new supplier or what, but I won't be ordering again.

They got the order correct. It just wasn't good. Fries were soggy, and the chicken had a odd taste/texture. Raising Cains is a much better alternative. Thought I'd give this place a try. I don't recommend.
