The Brisket was delicious (just a tad on the salty side this time, but still very good and oh-so tender) ... best smoked Brisket we've had in a long time. I love their Beans ... they are perfect BBQ beans with the right amount of seasoning/flavor with just the right amount of spicy kick. 2nd time ordering ... will definitely be ordering again.

So the food was fine. However, the Brisket Elote Taco and the Trailer Taco are listed on the site as a corn tortilla; mine arrived in a grilled flour tortilla which was a no-go as I have to be gluten free. The Polish Sausage (per link) had a good flavor but was mushy inside.

2 Meat Dinner with sliced brisket and pulled pork was very good! The brisket was very tender (could cut it with a fork) and nice smoked. The beans and fried okra were very good as well.

The beans were all juice, no beans. Meat was dry. Corn tasted like plastic.
