The bagels are big and sooo perfect! I could eat the Bagel with Scallion Cream Cheese every morning! My kids love the Bagel with Honey Cream Cheese. It has just the right amount of sweetness! Just a hint, not too much. Perfect!

They really cooked with this Half Dozen Bagels (Assorted - We Choose Bagels) variety! As a savory fan I was nervous I would receive a sweet bagel so I made sure to get a Plain Cream Cheese: 8oz and a Lox Cream Cheese: 8oz just incase and it's like they knew! I got one of each of the savory bagels including a plain, salt, onion, everything, Asiago, and sesame. Also their cream cheese looks AMAZING! I cant wait to eat these over the upcoming week!
Bacon, Egg and Cheese sandwich was SOOO GOOD that I ate it before I could take a photo but the cheese was sharp, the parmesean bialy had a little carmelized onion in the center and paired so well!
I understand the hype!

Decent breakfast sandwich, really wanted to like the bagels more but they were very dense and harder to chew, almost like they were under proofed. Some people might prefer a dense and chewy bagel but it wasn't my favorite.

I recently tried this place for the first time, hoping to get some fresh bagels for my team. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The bagels we received were hard, dry, and seemed like they were from the day before — not what I expected for a fresh bakery. I also ordered cream cheese, but there were no utensils or napkins provided, making it difficult to enjoy the bagels comfortably.
Given that I purchased these to help my employees during a tough day, I was hoping for a more positive experience. Sadly, the bagels turned out to be quite the opposite, adding to the frustration rather than alleviating it.
This will be my last visit, and I hope the management takes feedback into consideration to improve the quality and service for future customers.
